SHORT-TERM GOALS ACCOMPLISHMENT
Yesterday I showed off to my Founders that he sold us to other brothers with his capacity … short-term goals accomplishment.
Because I see many founders looking so far, so far away that they get stuck in their own vision.
And we have a special ability to think short, think short, so in the 0-1 phase:
- What is the most effective we do.
- What is the least expensive thing we do, without worrying about what others think of us.
- Whoever brings me value, I play, learn, and help.
- Accumulate and only think about money, profits, and products that turn money fast.
- Order less, minimum stock, and wait until sold out to order again.
So from 50 million silver, they accumulated assets nearly 400 times after 6 years of starting a business.
Sometimes we worry about looking long, looking far; but forget I also have to equip myself with the ability to think … short.
Because we don’t have time to think shortly, we will ignore a lot of short-term optimization costs.
- Instead of renting an office that is both suitable for the start-up stage, we rent it to be big and beautiful.
- Instead of choosing cheap and cheap NCC, and going to the factory, we deliver minerals.
- Instead of worrying about receivables from customers and controlling every dollar, we hand it over to accountants and don’t drastically collect and spend.
- Instead of using 2 million to solve the problem, we hire 10-20 bulbs to be stylish and standard.
Short-term goals accomplishment is a form of ability, please don’t underestimate it, because I see a lot of people who don’t have the right mindset for the ability to think … shortly but get lost in their vision and lose their paddy/rice. /rice (money) everywhere on the way to the goal … far away.
Leaders cannot lack vision, but cannot forget to put their feet on the ground, right?
