RECRUITMENT RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST for fashion brand in Hanoi
Base: Hanoi
Salary: 15 – 23 million (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Join a super special project of our team in the company development journey in the next 5 years vision.
One of our fashion brands (not easy to name), is a fashion chain of highly functional dresses with a product line that helps women save money but still use products. on many different special occasions: Party, wedding, work, outing….
After 6 years in the market, we are about to re-establish the company vision, corporate strategy as well as the journey. for the next 5 years of transition.
In order to serve and develop our upcoming thinking and philosophy, towards human resource development and employee experience, we need to find a friend with experience in the human resources industry and resource development work together with the leadership on management development in which human resource and human resource development is our top strategic focus in the next 5 years.
Objectives: Help the company operate itself under the guidance of Mr. Phung Le Lam Hai according to the following CV categories:
Together with the leadership:
– Planning, recruiting personnel to serve well for production and business and Company strategy.
– To jointly develop policies and roadmap for human resource promotion under the direction of the leadership and senior experts.
– Jointly build and manage the salary and bonus regime, measures to encourage employees to work, and the remuneration regime for employees.
– Jointly develop regulations and plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the company.
– Organize training and capacity building for staff according to the personnel development training roadmap.
– Evaluate the performance of each department.
– Together create a healthy working environment and follow the company’s cultural standards.
– Jointly deploying and implementing the common management work (Including the development, proposal, implementation, monitoring, control, evaluation, correction, improvement)
– Objectives, KPIs of the department
– Optimal organizational structure and staffing of the department
– Processes, documents, documents, forms related to the field of operation of the department.
– The department’s functional planning and reporting system
– The company’s file and document storage system – The department’s operating budget
– The training, motivation, and human resource development programs force.
* Other duties:
– Perform other duties related to the department’s activities
