RECRUIT ONLINE SALES AT FASHION BRAND IN HANOI

Salary: 7- 12 million (depending on experience)One of our fashion brands (not convenient to name yet ) ). After 6 years of being in the market, we are about to redefine the company vision, company strategy as well as the journey for the next 5 years of transformation.
In order to serve and develop our upcoming thinking and philosophy, we need to find a friend in charge of general accounting.
Objectives: To help the company operate on its own under the guidance of Mr Phung Le Lam Hai and the board of directors according to the following CV categories:
– Answering and consulting customers on the company’s online channels (Fanpage, zalo, website..)
– Place orders online on the software and track orders.
– Care and maintain good relationship with customers.
– Handling problems arising from delivery orders: Shipping, orders, invoices…
– Ensure the completion of the given targets.* Other duties
– Perform other duties related to the department’s operations
– Job details will be discussed during the interview.
You should be a person with the following qualities:
– Active, honest and responsible.
– Love the job of sales consultant and customer service
– Skill in handling situations to bring the most satisfied experience to customers.
