There are entrepreneurs who are overly theoretical but lack practicality, and there are entrepreneurs who rely heavily on experience. Currently, the knowledge of many Founders is fragmented and piecemeal, with methodologies that lack coherence and include many misconceptions, misaligned perspectives, and inaccurate views on Vietnam’s market context. Some even hold information that is fundamentally incorrect, which indirectly leads to flawed decision-making in operations, causing financial losses, strained relationships, or insufficient information and vision for the new era—the era of national growth as mentioned by the General Secretary.

- 74% of all enterprises are MSMEs, contributing 45% of GDP and creating 65% of jobs.
- However, this sector contributes only 23% to exports, failing to bring Vietnam’s unique value to the international market to increase foreign currency inflow and strengthen the VND.
Although there are abundant financial resources from FDI, banks, securities firms, and investment funds, this sector often fails to meet financial and legal standards.
