For example: For a company that wants to produce a quick sample quantity (Zara), from the date of production to the point of sale ready for sale is 9 days, for companies in Vietnam as I know it is 21-25 days.

Obviously, they are in a position that other companies cannot imitate; that is FINANCIAL POSITION, cash or finance cash flow is strong enough for them to have the initiative to optimize resources, supply, take advantage of continuous production stages and steps to optimize the number of days, or they Accept pre-production, higher MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) to bring a superior value to customers: Faster delivery, more diverse samples but controlled inventory… safe.

The perception that ‘new models are fast, numerous and strange’ – that is the feeling that the brand wants customers to know; but in terms of competition, which Brand handles inventory better, that Brand eats, doesn’t seem to be an easy story without a good FINANCIAL STATION.

Founders, Silence and focus on doing so, focus until your FINANCIAL STATION is enough to share with others, so that … very few people can imitate.
