Most customers of banks and consumer goods companies belong to the middle class.
Not because of their inherent purchasing power, but because they happen to be attractive borrowers…
They are careful with money, but as they try to improve their standard of living, they are increasingly in debt.
They work their whole lives to pay off mortgages, credit card bills, car loans…
They start small, like borrowing to buy a motorbike, but soon their desires grow and they want to buy a… car. Simply to prove that their efforts are successful and the results are recognized.
So, they go to the bank and borrow money to buy a car to fulfill their desire. With a larger loan, costs increase and they desperately seek a raise, although their boss thinks they don’t deserve the income because their ability doesn’t… increase.
Then, the raise impacts the excitement in their brain, coupled with the desire to buy a… bigger car.
So, the bank gives them a larger loan.
And so it goes on. Costs go up and any raise is soon neutralized.
Only the debts to be paid increase; no effort is made to increase assets. They don’t realize that they’ve also started working for the bank (by taking on debts).
Now they work for two bosses. The one who provides employment and the bank to which they pay interest, mortgages, etc.?
And, this is the cash flow of the middle class.
So, to overcome a few obstacles and join the ranks of the higher class.
There’s no other way than to learn finance to speak the same language as people who are better and wealthier than you.
Not just rich in appearance, material, but richer in mindset.
Most of the middle class like to imitate the thinking of the wealthy group, but are only capable of imitating the appearance of the rich. But they don’t have the courage to overcome these temptations like the rich and become truly wealthy.
Definition of the rich:
a) Financially wealthy
b) Wealthy in relationships
c) Wealthy in correct knowledge
d) Wealthy in experience
e) Spiritually wealthy
Ps: A caring boss is one who teaches his management about financial thinking and understands the meaning of money.
The rest is just about luck. Those who have the qualities, the founders will tend to… care more.
Have a good day.
