WHAT DO F2 AND F3 LEARN DIFFERENTLY FROM ORDINARY PEOPLE, AND WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SHARK TANK – THE MONEY-MAKING SHOW?

The first thing they learn is about MONEY.

They learn the truth about money, how life revolves around it, and the world view about money that it takes an ordinary person 10-15 years of experience to understand.

Most people believe that:
  • They believe they are capable.
  • They believe that hard work will pay off.
  • They believe that after achieving success, they can help others.
  • They believe they will make their family proud.
From there, founders and groups gradually:
  • Understand money to know how to save and make money.
  • Understand money to understand how they should behave and be polite and harmonious with the world around them, and how it affects them and their money.

It is a fact that 0.04% of families and people in Vietnam own the majority of the country’s assets. As we go through Covid and crises, this truth becomes even more evident: wealth is not in the majority. It will always shift from those who don’t understand money to those who understand the meaning of money. Founders who refuse to learn and understand money will continue to make incorrect decisions for their dreams. Being a boss but letting others manage money makes it difficult to achieve one’s ambitions in the future.

Of course, you may not do it directly, but understanding it to make decisions is the role of a founder, a boss. Knowing how to empower those who manage money is very important because they will determine how we build and develop the company.

There is a very profound saying: “People who understand money will make money, while those who don’t will have lessons and experience. Money flows from those who don’t understand money to those who have experience with money.”

The majority, because they don’t understand what they all desire – Money, are manipulated by money and sacrifice many things: time, health, effort, desires, dreams, and even the ambitions of themselves and their families. Whether you do business, real estate, stocks, investments, or anything else, the final game is not for the majority to win, and it essentially revolves around money.

Therefore, F2 and F3 families will be trained by their parents about money. Because these families have gone through 2-3 financial crises, have 20-30 years of capital accumulation, and they understand the power of knowledge about money. Teaching their children about money is the foundation for the continued success of their family for the next few decades.

Understanding money is not just about understanding how to make money, but these children are also taught and understand the very deep nature of money:
  • What is money?
  • The history of money.
  • Medium of exchange/community trust.
  • Goods and money.
  • The gold standard.
  • The role of the central bank in issuing money.

The nature of money, labor, and many other issues. And the F2 and F3 kids understand that money is essentially just a piece of paper. And money is only valuable and deserves to be held by those who have the ability to create it, have value to exchange, and have the ability to create surplus for society. People who don’t understand money, they work hard to earn money. People who understand money, they find ways to anchor their money to the exchange value and transactions of themselves and what is behind them. So ordinary people will never understand the world of the wealthy. That’s the message I often distinguish for my founders, for the F2, F3 students I train. As long as you don’t understand the cruelty of money – you will suffer and lose direction. Negotiation programs about money like Shark Tank are a good and vivid communication key message that not every founder understands: Some understand, some don’t. Shifting from a simple businessman to a group of people who are fortunate enough to understand money, whether they understand or not depends on how they perceive the message.
