Some people see the same thing in 5 aspects of the problem and some people see the same thing as normal, nothing special, it’s the result of manipulating thinking, thinking and influencing an individual’s actions.

 

To develop a fast and strong organization, leaders should be aware of the importance of their foundation, their way of thinking and their people.

Because the way we think creates our daily thinking, our daily thinking creates our actions, our actions create habits, our habits create results, and our results create our destiny and development. individual development, thereby creating outstanding results for the organization. 

It is difficult for a fast-growing organization if they only require personnel to develop and only focus on training/teaching expertise and knowledge (What) without developing a foundation for why (Why – Learning for what?) 

Like absorbing a martial art, specifically here is the secret, method, professional knowledge, practical experience, or an approach suitable for the times, it is only suitable for those who have a solid and suitable foundational mindset.

Because thinking is wrong, actions and applications will be wrong. Therefore, no matter how good the tool is, we also find it difficult to apply it in our business.
