KICK OFF QUANG HUY FOOD PROJECT
On December 12, 2022, in Ho Chi Minh City, Equitix Investing and Quang Huy Food Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd officially signed a consulting contract to bring the best results.
Results:
– In-depth interview survey – interview with the team: (BODs/Deputy Head, employees, target customers, competitors)
– Business medical examination report, showing activities in terms of current status
These include:
a) Organizational structure and working environment
b) Human resources
c) Information technology
d) Process overview
e) Data and reporting systems
f) Financial accounting
– Objective-based 2 will plan and show methods and tools to fix bugs and pathogens in the company.
– From there, analyze and work out a specific financial and business strategy for each department, indicating the CV that needs to be done, who does it, when it’s done and with what resources and how to achieve the plan. Key includes (Sales, costs, profits) -> Road map developed to offer investors.
a) Business Strategy & Business Model: EFE, IFE, IEM, SWOT, QSPM.
b) Financial strategy and capital sources in the next 5 years combined with input data of previous years.
c) Discuss to close annual targets to agree on the capital to be called after reinvesting, amortizing and paying the cost of using capital of the previous year.
d) Building a framework of management capacity: BSC – KPI, 3P system salary, technology application and building operating process for the company.
e) From the set of operating procedures applied in the company, build and add technological features before calling for capital and pricing.
– Then pack and offer valuation to suitable investors.
– When the company reaches 200 billion / 1 year, Quang Huy Food team can buy, sell and merge companies in the market according to the multi-industry strategy of Quang Huy Food.
