RECRUITMENT OF HORECA CHANNEL BUSINESS SUPERVISOR AT LOGISTICS COMPANY – KOKODA LOGISTICS

Quantity: 01

Fixed salary + KPI: 15 – 17 million (Negotiable) + Sales commission

KOKODA – A transportation service company specializing in 2-way freight in the market Phu Quoc – City. Ho Chi Minh City, meeting the needs of fast, safe, low-cost transportation of goods. After 5 years in the market, we are about to redefine the company vision, company strategy as well as the journey for the next 5 years of transformation.

In order to serve and develop our upcoming thinking and philosophy, we need to find a friend to be in charge of the HORECA channel sales supervisor at the company.

Objective: Help the company operate on its own under the guidance of Mr Phung Le Lam Hai and the board of directors according to the following CV categories:

Managing the receipt of delivery requests from HCM and planning product allocation for HORECA channel in accordance with branches in the provinces.

Recruit sales channel HORECA according to the company’s sales plan.

Proposing policies and improving salary policy to increase sales motivation of the sales team.

Organizing the analysis and forecasting of Horeca channel sales

Organized customer service activities Organized training and skills improvement for HORECA channel sales staff according to the development training roadmap

Develop personnel and training to convey corporate cultural values, messages, knowledge and expertise to employees, ensuring transparent and effective internal communication.

Deployment and implementation of supervision and general management (Including the development, proposal, implementation, monitoring, control, evaluation, correction, improvement)

* Other tasks :

– Perform other tasks related to the department’s activities

– Perform other tasks as planned

– Go to market and bear direct sales in case there are not enough sales staff.

– Implement other jobs as assigned by BOD – Details of work will be discussed during the interview.

Required qualities:

– Good communication skills, quick to learn.

– Not afraid of challenges, quickly adapting to change.

– Ability to manage budgets & build staff.

– Ability to work independently and work under high pressure.

– Have enough experience, have held similar positions.
