The founder’s competency dictionary if you want to start a business:

  1. Survival skills
  2. Ability to attract a group of followers
  3. Making products from the perspective of customers and the market
  4. Sales
  5. Self-study skills by experience
  6. Standard and no compromises
  7. Treat employees with closeness and affection like family
  8. Worry, desire, greed for money
  9. Fast improvisation and multitasking
  10. Save every penny, cash is king, low inventory, low inventory face, know where your money is.

 

 

It is not advisable to take a competency dictionary during the professional company stage to compare and praise right/wrong and good/bad.

Therefore, there are two titles: Founder and professional CEO.

A founder can become a professional CEO, but a professional CEO without the above 10 competencies at stages 0-1 is also difficult to survive.
